Bursary

APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2024 STUDENT BURSARY ARE NOW CLOSED

Criteria:

• Student must be from the Berwyn/Brownvale area and have been an Alberta resident for the last three years.

• Student must be enrolled full-time in any program at an SFB approved post secondary institution, with preference given to those in an agriculture or business program. 

• Applications must include annual expenses/income to demonstrate proof of financial need.

• Student must be committed to live and work in northern Alberta for a set period of time.

This bursary can be matched by the Bursary Partnership program through Northern Alberta Development Council.

Each fall the Berwyn Agricultural Society provides local students with an opportunity to apply for a bursary to put towards their post secondary education. Students must email the Ag Society with information about what they are enrolled in, how the bursary will benefit them, and an outline of their post secondary budget.
